    Abstract
    At school-age children who tend to like to do many activities such as learning and playing sports. But the facts in the community, children prefer to watch TV at home and play games. A person's nutritional status depends on the nutritional intake and needs, if the nutritional intake with the needs of the body is balanced, it will produce a good nutritional status. The purpose of this study was to determine correlation of physical activity with nutritional status among school-aged children in SDN Kutoporong, Bangsal District. The study design uses correlation analytic using cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all fifth grade students in SDN Kutoporong, amounting to 35 respondent’s. The sample of this research is grade 5 students in Kutoporong. The sampling technique used is Total Sampling so that the research sample is 35 respondent’s. Instruments used to measure physical activity using questionnaires with good item validity with a correlation score range between 0.140-0.730 and for measuring nutritional status using scales and microtois. The study was conducted on May 18-21, 2020. Data analysis in this study uses crosstab. The results showed that there was a relationship between physical activity and nutritional status in school-age children at SDN Kutoporong with the crosstab statistical. Physical activity affects the nutritional status of school-age children. This is due to an imbalance between the energy intake that is entered into the body and the energy that is released from the body, where the incoming energy is greater than the energy that comes out so that it will cause a buildup of fat. So there is a relationship between physical activity and nutritional status.
