ANALISIS PENERAPAN AKSI CERDIK DALAM PENCEGAHAN DIABETES MELITUS DI DESA JOTANGAN WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS MODOPURO
Abstract
Enhancement incidence of non-communicable diseases (PTM) was
associated with an increased risk due to lifestyle changes. The changes in people's
lifestyles due to lack of attention to self and family health was one of the causes of
PTM. Efforts to prevent PTM are by implementing CERDIK behavior which is an
acronym for regular health checks, get rid of cigarette smoke, diligent physical
activity, ahealthy diet, and balanced calories, adequate rest, and manage stress.
The purpose of this study was to determine the application of CERDIK in
preventing diabetes mellitus in the village of Gembongan in Jotangan village, the
working area of the Modopuro health center. The design of this research was a
descriptive statistical test. The population in this study is that all people are at risk
of suffering from diabetes mellitus in the village of Gembongan, Jotangan village,
the working area of the Modopuro Health Center, which fulfilled the inclusion
criteria with a sample of 36 respondents. The sampling technique used nonprobability
sampling
with
a
purposive
sampling
technique.
This
research
variable
was
a single variable. The instrument used was questionnaire sheets on the
implementation of CERDIK through the google form media. The analysis used
descriptive statistical tests. The results of the research from the implementation of
the CERDIK action in diabetes prevention in the Gembongan hamlet, Jotangan
village, the working area of the Modopuro Community Health Center showed that
most of the respondents were 19 people (52.8%) in the good category and almost
half of the respondents were 17 people (47.2%) in the sufficient category. Thus it
is hoped that the community will continue to implement CERDIK in their daily
lives to be more effective in preventing diabetes mellitus to reduce the incidence
of PTM.
