dc.description.abstract | CVA (carebro vascular accident) is a disease or functional brain disorder in the form of
nerve paralysis (neurological deficits) due to obstruction of blood flow to the brain.
Signs and symptoms that can lead to stroke such as paralysis of the limbs, difficulty
reversing positions, discomfort become symptoms of nursing problems barriers to
physical mobility. Cases of stroke in mojokerto in November 2019, the number of
sufferers has reached 15 people. Did not rule out that number could still increase. This
method uses a descriptive method in the form of case studies with nursing care
techniques that include assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and
documentation. Nursing care is carried out for 2 weeks from 30 December 2019 to 06
