Abstract
DHF is an infectious disease caused by the dengue virus and belongs to the Arbovirus (Arthropod-bone virus) group which is transmitted through the mosquito vectors of Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus and its spread is very fast. (Marni, 2016).Signs and symptoms that can be caused by Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever include:hyperthermia (fever) between 39-40°C, headache at the front of the head, pain behind the eyes and joints, with bleeding and sometimes shock. The purpose of this case study is to apply nursing care with ineffective thermoregulation problems in patients with Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever in Tangunan Village, Puri District, Mojokerto Regency. The method used is descriptive in the form of cases. The provision of nursing care to two patients starts from assessment, diagnosis, planning, action, and evaluation. Data collection techniques used are interview techniques, physical examinations, and documentation. After nursing care for 3x24 hours, the problems from both patients were resolved with the criteria of normal body temperature (36.5-37.0C), normal pulse (60-100x/min), no changes in skin color, no chills, no nausea and vomiting, no weakness, and an increase in appetite.. In this nursing problem, the intervention that has been done is to recommend drinking more because it can increase the fluid in the patient's body and giving warm compresses, because these actions can accelerate the decrease in body temperature. Therefore, it is expected that the implementation is carried out correctly and correctly in accordance with the procedures.
