ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DENGAN MASALAH BERSIHAN JALAN NAFAS TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA PASIEN PNEUMONIA DI RSU ANWAR MEDIKA KRIAN SIDOARJO
Abstract
Pneumonia is an acute inflammatory disease of the lung parenchyma, usually from an acute lower respiratory tract infection. With symptoms of cough and accompanied by shortness of breath caused by infectious agents such as viruses, bacteria, mycoplasma (fungi), and aspiration of foreign subtances, in the form of pneumonia accompanied by exudation and consodilation and the emergence of nursing problems in effective airway clearance. The purpose of this study was to carry out nursing care for clients with ineffective airway clearance problems in pneumonia patients at Anwar Medika Krian Sidoarjo General Hospital. The method used is descriptive. The provision of nursing care to two clients who experienced ineffective airway clearance in pneumonia patients from the start of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Collecting data using interview techniques in assessment, physical examination, observation and documentation. The results of the study after nursing care actions were carriedout for 3x24 hours on client 1 the problem was resolved marked by not having shortness of breath and not coughing, normal breathing frequency and in client 2 the problem was partially resolved marked by not having shortness of breath but still coughing due to lack of mobilization in client 2, less deep breathing exercises as taught by the nurse and clients who are active smokers. The focus of the intervention is to give 200cc of hot tea drink x/day, position the semi-Fowler or Fowler by raising the bed and propping it up with a pillow, teaching effective coughing techniques with 3 deep breaths, monitoring breathing pattems (frequency, depth, effort of breathing), monitoring additional breath sounds for rhonchi, collaboration with the medical team in administering drugs according to patients indication and needs. (bronchodilators, mucolytics).
